Terms of engagement

Agreement

By requesting a usage review, dispatch study, ticket audit, or crew briefing, or by paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. Web Cornerhub is the trading name of the practice operating from Office 9, 79 Placeholder Road, Johor Bahru 00000. If any part of a booking confirmation conflicts with these terms, the confirmation for that engagement prevails for price, dates, and scope.

The work

We provide professional review work: watching how a field crew uses a job app on site or in the office, reading stripped job records you supply, and writing a brief. We do not grant software rights, host a product, or take responsibility for the job app itself. App analytics for field service apps, in this practice, is that review work.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to invite us onto customer sites and into the depot. You must strip customer names, phone numbers, and exact addresses from any export before it reaches us, unless a separate written instruction says otherwise. You must tell us about site hazards, permits, and any job we should not attend.

Intellectual property

The written brief is licensed to you for internal use, including sharing with your job-app vendor. We retain copyright. You may not resell the brief or publish it as if it were your own method. Our field notes on this website remain ours.

Liability

We do not repair equipment, supervise technicians, or accept responsibility for jobs completed while we ride along. Our liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost jobs, lost customers, or vendor disputes. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where Malaysian law forbids that limit.

Confidentiality

We treat stripped job records, depot conversations, and the contents of the brief as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you ask us to join a call with a named vendor.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Johor Bahru have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent relief in any competent Malaysian court.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Bookings already confirmed stay on the terms in force on the confirmation date.
