Usage reviews
Usage reviews for field crews
Four ways we look at how a crew actually uses the job app — from a full ride-along review to a half-day briefing at the depot.
These are not software packages. Each item is a piece of work we do with a named crew in Johor or, by arrangement, elsewhere on the Peninsula. The flagship is the Field App Usage Review. The others exist because some managers already know the ride-along is not the bottleneck — the night dispatcher is, or the notes written after the van has left.
Pick the review that matches the argument you are having in the office. If you are unsure, send the job-app name and the crew size; we will say which brief is the honest starting point.
Field App Usage Review
Two accompanied call-outs plus a fortnight of stripped job tickets, ending in a findings session and a written brief the service manager can use.
Dispatch Handoff Study
We follow one job from the night dispatcher’s screen to the technician’s first tap, and write down where the instructions thin out.
After-Visit Note Audit
A desk review of stripped closed jobs, looking at notes, photos, and signatures that appear after the customer has already gone back inside.
Crew Briefing
A half-day at the depot walking the crew through what the ride-along or ticket reading actually showed, using their screens, not a generic lecture.
