How we hold information
This notice explains what we collect when you write to the office or book a review, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Malaysian law.

What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional review type, preferred week, depot location and crew size, and the message you write. From a booked engagement: the service manager’s contact details, depot address, and any personal data that remains in a job export despite our request that you strip it. From the website: a cookie choice stored on your device, and, only if you accept, a short-lived usage cookie.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payroll files, or customer medical details. Please do not send them.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply and to prepare an estimate. We use engagement data to carry out the review you booked and to invoice. We use cookie data as described in the cookie notice. These purposes are for the performance of a request you made, for our legitimate interest in running a small professional practice, and where required to meet Malaysian legal duties.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months after the last reply, then deleted. Invoices and accounting records are kept for seven years as required for Malaysian tax records. Stripped job exports are deleted within 30 days after the written brief is delivered, unless a dispute is open. If an export arrives unredacted, we delete or return it as soon as we notice and ask you to resend a stripped file.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, and, where applicable, to withdraw consent or limit processing. Write to info@web-cornerhub.click. We may need to confirm it is you. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner in Malaysia.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share what is necessary with an accountant, a bank for payment, or a lawyer if a dispute arises. Hosting of this website may process technical logs outside Malaysia; we choose hosts that offer a written contract.
International transfers
If a host or email provider stores mail outside Malaysia, we still remain the controller in Johor Bahru. We do not send job exports to a vendor or to another country’s “analytics” outfit as part of a standard review.
Children
Our work is with adult service managers and crews. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practice changes. The date of the current text is the date this site was last generated.
