What a crew review costs in Ringgit

We do not sell monthly seats. A usage review is a piece of professional work with a beginning and an end. The numbers in the table are starting fees for Johor Bahru, Skudai, Tebrau, Kulai, and Pasir Gudang. Melaka, Seremban, and Klang Valley travel is charged as extra days, not as a percentage of software spend.

What moves the estimate

Crew size above twelve. A second ride-along week. A job app that will not export closed jobs without a vendor sitting. Restricted sites that need a day’s paperwork before we can enter. A briefing that must be run twice, once for the day crew and once for the night round.

What we do not bill

We do not bill “implementation.” We do not bill unused logins. If a ride-along is cancelled by the customer at the gate, we try to take the next ordinary job on the same morning; if the whole morning collapses, see the refund page for how a unused day is treated.

Deposits

A Field App Usage Review is confirmed when RM 1,200 is received. The balance is due when the written brief is delivered. Smaller studies are invoiced in full after the first sitting, payable within fourteen days.

How to get a figure for your crew

Send the job-app name, depot district, and headcount. We reply with a one-page estimate. If the work is a poor fit — for example, you need someone to rebuild the job sheet — we will say so rather than stretch a usage review to cover it.
