Coverage

Crews and districts we ride with

We work with crews who already carry a job app. The map is Johor first; the rest of the Peninsula is extra travel, not a different kind of work.

If your crew is a telecom tower round, a lift contractor, or a kitchen-equipment outfit, we still might be the right people — the test is whether jobs land on a phone the technician carries onto the site. If the “app” is a WhatsApp group and a paper docket, say so in the note; we will tell you honestly that a usage review of a job sheet you do not have is a waste of a week.

Coverage is about vans we can physically join. App analytics for field service apps that never leave a headquarters screen in another country is someone else’s work.

Trade

Residential HVAC

Split-unit and cassette rounds in Skudai, Tebrau, and the older terraces of Johor Bahru. Warranty photos and refrigerant notes are the usual argument.

Trade

Electrical breakdown

Call-outs from landed houses and small shops. Fuse charts and isolation notes tend to be written after the supply is back on, which is when the customer has already gone inside.

Trade

Facilities and industrial

Pasir Gudang and the Iskandar plants. Gate codes, permit numbers, and the previous contractor’s leftover instructions are what usually fail in the handoff.

Trade

Medical equipment

Hospital and clinic rounds in Johor. Serial numbers and parts fields go empty when the senior technician is on a Kluang or Batu Pahat contract day.

District

Johor core

Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Skudai, Tebrau, Kulai, Pasir Gudang. Starting fees assume these depots. Ride-alongs use the crew’s ordinary customers.

District

Further Peninsula

Melaka, Seremban, and the Klang Valley by arrangement. We add travel days; we do not pretend a desktop reading is the same as a local ride-along.
